Dr. Morales received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas in Austin, TX, and he later graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX with his Doctor of Medicine. Because of his strong academic achievement, research experience, and volunteer activity, Dr. Morales was selected from among the nation’s top medical student applicants for a position in a highly competitive six-year plastic and reconstructive surgery residency program. This training taught him complex operative techniques and provided him with the skill and experience needed to minimize and manage any potential complications in order to achieve a successful outcome.

Dr. Morales has also pioneered an ASAPS-endorsed fellowship at ACPS, designed to provide ambitious young plastic surgeons with comprehensive, real-world experience.
