What is facelift recovery like?
You can expect about 7 to 10 days of downtime after facelift surgery. Swelling and bruising gradually subside, and most patients resume nonstrenuous work and activities soon after surgery. You can usually return to more vigorous activities about 2 weeks after surgery. Most patients begin appreciating their facelift results a few months after surgery. However, your final results may take up to a year to reveal themselves fully. Be patient; you’ll enjoy your youthful look for many years!
